My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, the rooms provided better privacy, but they were a bit cold despite my efforts with the heater, and the creaking floors were bothersome. The service was top-notch; the staff, especially Eva, gave us excellent culinary advice, and the check-in process was speedy. The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the center of Belfast with easy access to all attractions and travel connections. The dining experience was satisfactory, especially for coffee and breakfast in the attached coffee shop. However, the home-baked bread was a nice touch. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money.
